22 ND JULY 2024

Seminar on Mental Health and Adolescent Development from 22/07/2024 by Dr. Ann Teresa Rafi the CAT specialist who is an Adjunct faculty at Christ University and Montfort College Bangalore.

The Program is intended to raise awareness about Mental Health and well – being by addressing about Mental Health and well – being by addressing emotional awareness and relational awareness among adolescents.

Miss Ann Teresa Rafi a Psychological Counsellor and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner. She is also a Adjunct faculty at CHRIST University and MONTFORT College Bangalore. She is the member of the International Cognitive Analytic Therapy Association (ICATA).

Miss Anita Mary Psychologist worked with diverse group of people with programs at Global National and State level with over 15 years of experience. Today the seminar for Class X the area covered will be starting with ice – breaking and area of self discovery.

23 rd JULY 2024

The Seminar continue for Class X students . Input on coping with stress, identity safe touch, communication and ended with Questions and Answers. Today also the Class IX students introduced after initial introduction topic like Adolescent Growth.

24 TH JULY 2024

Today seminar is special organized for our teachers by Miss Teresa Rafi & Miss Anita Mary on the topic a Unique power, how to use the Unique power while handling the students in the School, including interesting activities among the teachers.

Class IX students seminar continue and deal with areas of stress, identity, relationship.
Followed by Seminar for teachers.

12 TH AUGUST - HAR GHAR TIRANGA

On 12 th August 2024 the school in the assembly encouaged all the students to take part in Har Ghar Tiranga campaign from 13 th to 15 th 2024. We were proud to be part of our visionary PM. Whose call to instill patriotism & unity. The school organized poster making competition, speech & other cultural events.

13 TH AUGUST 2024

Today we had flag hosting ceremony while morning assembly with Dr. Biju Toms the Director of the Department of Professional studies hosted the Tricolour. The chief Guest gave a beautiful and inspiring speech about the journey from then to now.

15 TH AUGUST 2024

The Independence Day celebration was organized. Dr. Biju Toms the Director of the College of professional studies CHRIST (Deemed to be University) was the chief Guest. After the brief program the students moved to St. Joseph’s for the combined celebrations of our Independence Day. Like previous years our students taken part in the Parade. The SDO of Basia hosted the National Flag and took the salute. Our students performed patriotic dance and Miss Anushka Kerketta of Class X gave a Speech.

23 RD AUGUST 2024

Today we had Quiz Competition on the Topic NATONAL SPACE DAY. Students were motivated by the speech of teacher. The Quiz was very interesting and whole hearted enthusiastic participation led a thrilling finish. The teachers and students equally felt the pride of our rare achievement and relived the glorious moment of our nation.

31 ST AUGUST 2024 - NATIONAL SPORTS DAY

Montfort Senior secondary School, Konbir Noatoli organized many Outdoor, Indoor and Fun Games.
Students participated and enjoyed. Games teacher told them about fitness through games and sports. They took the pledge of FIT INDIA PLEDGE.

5 th SEPTEMBER - TEACHERS DAY

Today was the great day for the school remembering the pioneer Dr. Radhakrishnan Sarvepalli on his Birthday as the teachers day.
Our students of Montfort Senior Secondary School staged various items on this occasion. There are three persons who play a very vital role in the life of a students are Mother, Father & a Teacher. To recognize the hard work of a teacher a day was set apart. The day was made a memorable one. The overall charge taken by the Class IX students. They put up a wonderful stage show. The teachers were Indeed edified to see them.

6 th SEPTEMBER 2024

Today our kabaddi team under - 17 girls & boys went to ranchi kairali School for CBSE cluster Kabaddi Tournament.

8 TH SEPTEMBER 2024

Today our Kho-Kho team under - 17 girls & boys went to Giridih for CBSE cluster Kho-Kho Tournament.

10 th SEPTEMBER 2024

Today we have Hand Wash day, teachers taught the students how and when to wash hands, and students learn about proper way of cutting and keeping nails clean, daily bathing with clean water, wearing clean cloths, no spitting in open, wearing shoes/ slippers etc.

Students taught the hygienic manner of using toilets & drinking water , and made aware of the importance of brushing teeth twice a day by making it routine habit.

19 th SEPTEMBER 2024 - SWACHHATA PAKHWADA

Montfort Senior Secondary School, Knobir-Noatoli,BAsia celebrated the Swachhata Pakhwada-2024. Students, Teachers & Parents took part in Hand Wash Day on 9 th & 10 th of September 2024.

Teachers told them the importance of Hand Washing before & after meal & also after using toilet. In the assembly students repeated the “Pledge Swachhata”.

25 th OCTOBER-2024 MONTFORT CULTURE FEST

Today our school students went to Ranchi for Montfort Culture Fest 2024 in St. Aloysius High School. Our many talented students participated in Dance,singing,painting,mono act, mime and many others.

From many other states Montfort school students have come and participated in the program. Program was organized for two days 26 th & 27 th of October.
All activities were theme based on Environmental Sustainability.

31ST OCTOBER-2024

Today our school Students Celebrated Diwali. A Rangoli Competition is organized to bring out the competitive spirit the students were divided into various groups. The competition was class wise between different houses.

26 TH NOVEMBER 2024 CONSTITUTION DAY

Montfort Sr. Sec. School, celebrated constitution Day on Tuesday 26 th November 2024. The main objective of the program was to inculcate constitutional obligations among the students to create awareness about constitution & to sensitize the students about importance of constitution day. Students of the school recited the PREAMBLE OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION.

Speech was delivered by Nikita Kumari of class X the occasion she highlighted the significance of the day & the history of constitution day celebration. At the end Principal Bro. Binoy Meenattoor showed the importance of role of constitution & concluded the assembly. Overall the program was extremely informative & interesting. Students understood the importance of the Constitution Day.

30 th NOVEMBER 2024 SCIENCE & ART EXHIBITION

Science Exhibition was held on 30 th november 2024(SATURDAY). All the students from Classes V to X participated. They were divided into different groups and were allotted the topics. The classes from I to IV had cultural programme. The day was very elevative as it was graced by B.D.O (Basia) Supriya Bhagat.

On the day, Bro. Binoy Meenattoor, Br. Xavier Tete, Br. Amar Kandulna & all the teachers, guests from the neighbouring schools were present.
